摘要
目的:探讨新生儿脐炎的简便、经济、有效的治疗方法。方法将96例患儿随机分成两组,常规治疗组48例局部采用2%碘酒及75%酒精清洗治疗;联合治疗组48例在常规治疗基础上加用康复新液清洗治疗,比较两组疗效。结果联合治疗组总有效率97.92%,常规治疗组总有效率为85.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合2%碘酒75%酒精清洗治疗新生儿脐炎疗效显著,可作为新生儿脐炎轻度感染患儿的首选治疗方法。
Objective Clinical observation on the Neonatal Omphalitis treated with Kangfuxin Liquid cleaning treatment Neonatal Omphalitis.Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the local conventional treatment group(2%iodine tincture and 75%alcohol cleaning treatment)and the combined treatment group(the conventional treatment combined with Kangfuxin Liquid cleaning treatment.)To compare the ef ects of two groups.Results Combined treatment group total ef ectiveness 97.92%,routine treatment group total ef ective rate was 85.42%,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion New liquid recovery combined therapy with 2%iodine 75%alcohol cleaning neonatal omphalitis curative ef ect is distinct,and can be used as neonatal umbilical infection in treatment of children with mild infection.
