摘要
目的比较分析单极电刀扁桃体切除术与传统扁桃体剥离术的临床疗效。方法将行扁桃体切除术的140例患者,随机分为实验组(A组)与对照组(B组),每组70例,均在全麻下进行。A组使用单极电刀电凝方法切除扁桃体, B组采用传统扁桃体剥离术。分析两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度方面的差异。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻下使用单极电刀切除扁桃体手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛等指标与传统方法相比更具优势。
Objective To compare the clinical ef iciency of monopolar electrocautery and traditional tonsil ectomy.Methods 140 patients were divided into two groups:experimental group A and control group B(70 patients per group).All patients were operated under the general anesthesia.Group A was treated with monopolar electrocautery,while group B was treated with traditional tonsillectomy.The operating time,hemorrhage during the operation and postoperative pain were analyzed.Results There were significant dif erences in the operating time,hemorrhage during the operation and postoperative pain(<0.05).Conclusion Tonsil ectomy with monopolar electrocautery has more advantages to traditional tonsil ectomy in the operating time,hemorrhage during the operation and postoperative pain.
