摘要
目的研究桡动脉和股动脉血气分析标本采集方式的临床效果。方法将246例危重患者按奇偶数随机分成奇数组(桡动脉组)和偶数组(股动脉组)两组,比较两组标本采集方式的成功率、误穿静脉发生率、血肿发生率、按压时间。结果两组标本采集方式的成功率、误穿静脉发生率、血肿发生率、按压时间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡动脉穿刺采集血气分析标本创伤小、并发症少,既利于患者接受,又能节P<护理人员的工作时间、减少劳动强度。
Objective Study of radial artery and femoral artery blood gas analysis of the clinical ef ect of specimen col ection mode.Methods 246 cases of critical y il patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the odd and even number of odd array(radial artery group)and the even number group(femoral artery group,two group),compared two groups of specimen col ection operation success rate,error rate in vein,the occurrence rate of hematoma,pressing time.Results The two groups of sample col ection operation success rate,error rate of hematoma perforating vein,there was a significant,pressing time(<0.05).Conclusion Radial artery blood gas analysis of samples col ected from smal trauma,less complications,which is beneficial to patients,but also can save the nurses working time,reduce labor intensity.
