摘要
通过我院ICU专科护士在临床实践中四种角色的体验介绍,包括直接护理者和护理指导者、教育者、协作者和临床顾问、研究者,对专科护士临床实践中的困惑和体会进行探讨,为专科护士在医院发展中发挥重要作用提供借鉴。
Through the hospital ICU specialty nurses four roles in clinical practice experience,including direct caregivers and nursing instructors,researchers,educators,col aborators and clinical adviser,the specialist nurses discusses the confusion and the experience in clinical practice,for junior nurses play an important role in the development of hospital.
