摘要
目的:分析口腔颌面部骨折的临床特点、治疗方法和治疗效果。方法收集我院2010年2月~2013年2月诊治的口腔颌面部骨折患者143例作为研究对象,采用回顾性的方式分析患者的临床资料,总结临床特点、治疗方法和治疗效果。结果本组患者经开放复位坚强内固定治疗后取得了良好的临床效果。结论开放复位坚强内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床应用上推广。
Objective Analysis of oral and maxil ofacial fracture clinical characteristics,treatment methods and therapeutic ef ect.Methods Col ected in February 2010~February 2010 during the diagnosis and treatment of 140 patients with oral and maxil ofacial fractures as the research object,with the method of retrospective analysis the clinicaldata of patients,summarizes the clinical characteristics,treatment methods and treatment ef ect.Results This group of patients after treatmentwith strong open reduction and internal fixation has obtained the good clinical ef ect.Strong.Conclusion Strong open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of oral and maxil ofacial fractures with good ef ect,is worth popularization in clinical application.
