摘要
为了提高病案书写质质量,建立严密的病案质量全程监控管理系统,实行病案质量自我控质、监督控制和终末控制,运用PDCA法做到逐级负责,把监控结果以质量简报的形式反馈到院级网络和所有科室,并同时在院周会上通报。使病案质量重心从终末质量转移到环节质监控上来。
In order to improve the quality of the medical record writing quality,the establishment of strict medical record quality control management system,implementation of the medical record quality self control,supervision and control and terminal control,using the method of PDCA to chase class to be in charge,the monitoring results feedback to the school level network and all the departments to the quality of briefings,and at the same time was reported to be in weekly.The medical record quality center of gravity from the final quality transfer to link quality monitoring.
