摘要
目的:分析患者对于牙齿冷光美白治疗效果满意度的影响因素。方法选取128例四环素牙,对其进行冷光美白治疗,美白前后对牙齿照相存档、vita比色板比色和问卷调查。结果患者对于冷光美白的总体满意度为90.6%,单因素分析结果显示,患者满意度与其性别、婚姻状况、牙齿着色度、牙齿颜色问题是否困扰生活、接诊医师的职称(<0.05)等8项有关。logistic多因素回归分析显示,患者美白效果满意度的影响因素主要有:婚姻状况、医生告知色阶变化情况、术后患者牙齿敏感度(<0.05)。结论患者牙齿的临床美白变化及主观感受可能是影响冷光美白效果满意度测评的重要因素。
Objective To analysis the influencing factors on the satisfaction by cold light whitening.Methods 128 cases of tetracycline were treated with cold light whitening,The whitening ef ects were observed and recorded by,photographs,VITA shade matching and questionnaires before and after treatments.Results The overal satisfaction was 90.6%.Mono-factor analysis showed:the satisfaction degree of patients was related to sex,marital status,the chromaticity of the teeth,whether tooth color problem troubled life,the dentist title(<0.05),etc.8.Multivariate analysis showed that,analysis of influencing factors on the satisfaction by cold light whitening includes:marital status,the changes of tone and the sensitivity after the operation(<0.05).Conclusion The change of teeth tone and subjective feeling may be the important factors that af ect the satisfaction of cold light whitening.
