摘要
目的对糖尿病患者进行临床护理和自我护理的效果研究。方法对来自本院的80例糖尿病患者随机均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规性自我护理,实验组采用临床护理。将两组患者护理后的总有效率进行对比。结果实验组患者的总有效率92.5%明显高于对照组上的总有效率78.5%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采用临床护理路径,将有效提升患者的恢复效率,缩短住院时间,提高患者及家属的满意度,有效的提升了临床护理效果。
Objective To study the ef ect of clinical nursing and self-nursing for patients with diabetes.Methods 80 patients with diabetes during January 2011 to May 2014 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Control group adopted self-nursing while experiment group adopted clinical nursing.Total ef ective rates of the 2 groups were compared.Results Total ef ective rate of experiment group was 92.5%obviously higher than control group 77.5%.Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for patients with diabetes can ef ectively raise recovery rate of patients,shorten hospital stays,and improve satisfaction degree of patients and their families,thus ef ectively improve clinical nursing ef ect.
