摘要
目的 本次主要对阿莫西林所致不良反应及药学临床观察进行探究.方法 将2014年5月~2016年5月我院50例应用阿莫西林后出现不良反应的患者,对其给药途径、时间、用量以及不良反应的具体情况进行观察,并对阿莫西林引起的不良反应的药物机制进行分析.结果 ①用药途径:口服给药途径产生不良反应的患者比例较静滴途径明显要高,P<0.05,有可比性;②用药时间:给药1~7 d内,出现不良反应的患者例数较其他时间段明显要高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③不良反应类型:出现过敏情况的患者与其他不良反应的患者相比明显要多,P<0.05;患者治愈的有效性在98.00%.结论 临床中给予患者阿莫西林时需遵循合理、严格用药的原则,并对患者用药的症状进行密切观察,以便于采取有效及时的措施予以预防,最大程度降低阿莫西林不良反应的发生率.
Objective The main adverse reaction to amoxicillin and pharmaceutical clinical observation research.Methods In May 2014~May 2016 in our hospital 50 cases of patients with adverse reactions after the application of amoxicillin,the route of administration,time,dosage and adverse reactions of the specific circumstances were observed,and amoxicillin-induced adverse reactions to the drug mechanism for analysis.Results①The route of administration:The proportion of adverse reactions caused by oral route of administration was significantly higher than that of intravenous route,P<0.05,and comparable;②Medication time:1~7 d administration,the number of patients with adverse reactions was significantly higher than other time periods,with statistical significance(P<0.05);③Type of adverse reactions:patients with allergic reactions and other adverse reactions were significantly more patients,P<0.05;the effectiveness of the cure in 98.00%.Conclusion Amoxicillin should be given to the patients in clinic according to the principle of reasonable and strict medication,and the symptoms of patients should be closely observed in order to take effective and timely measures to prevent them,and to minimize the incidence of amoxicillin adverse reactions.
