硬膜外麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉应用于分娩镇痛中的作用对比

摘要 目的 分析分娩镇痛中使用硬膜外麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果.方法 选取94例产妇随机分为A组(47例,腰硬联合麻醉)与B组(47例,硬膜外麻醉).对比不同组别镇痛效果、运动阻滞率、总产程.结果 A组5min、10min、30min、60min、90min时视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分远低于B组(P<0.05);A组运动阻滞率远低于B组(P<0.05),总产程远短于B组(P<0.05).结论 相较于硬膜外麻醉,分娩镇痛中使用腰硬联合麻醉在缓解产妇疼痛、缩短产程、减少运动阻滞上具有优势.
