摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入,社会对医院药学的服务模式提出了更多、更高的要求.传统的药学服务模式及药学人员的职责也从单纯地保障药品供应转变为以患者为中心,提供多样优质的药学服务.开展信息化药房管理模式、拓展新型药学服务路径对推进医院药学转型升级具有重要意义.本文介绍了当前医院药房创新药学服务的探索和实践,为推进公立医院药房服务改革提供参考.
With the continuous deepening of medical reform,the society has put forward more and higher requirements for the hospital pharmacy service model.The traditional pharmacy service model and the responsibilities of pharmacy personnel have also changed from simply securing the supply of medicines to patient-centered providing a variety of high-quality pharmaceutical services.It is of great significance to carry out the information pharmacy management mode and expand the new pharmacy service path to promote the transformation and upgrading of hospital pharmacy.This paper introduces the current exploration and practice of innovative pharmacy services in hospital pharmacies,and provides reference for promoting the reform of pharmacy services in public hospitals.
