摘要
目的 探讨无缝隙护理管理在手术室中的应用效果.方法 选择2011年7月至2012年7月实施全程无缝管理的手术室50例患者以及10名护士作为研究对象,与没有实施无缝护理管理2011年进行比较.观察实施无缝隙护理管理前后风险事件发生率、患者满意度、院内感染率、医生满意度以及术后患者生存质量等.结果 实施无缝隙护理管理后术前准备失误(2%)、口腔异物残留(4%)、无菌操作不当(2%)、意外伤害(2%)、手术切口感染(2%)、院内感染率等均明显低于未实施护理管理前(P<0.05,P<0.01);患者满意度(98%)、医生满意度(100%)、总体生活质量(132.45±9.32)明显高于未实施前(P<0.05).结论 无缝隙护理管理能降低风险事件发生率,提高患者满意度,改善患者生存质量.
Objective To investigate the seamless nursing management application effect in the operating room.Methods 50 cases patients and 10 nurses of operating room of Implement a11 the seamless care management as the research object,event risk rate,patient’S satisfaction,the doctor satisfaction,nosocomial infection,and the postoperative patient’S quality of life were compared.Results Implement seamless nursing management after preoperative preparation error(2%),oral eyewinker residue(4%),sterile improper operation(2%),unintentional injuries(2%),incision infection(2%),nosocomial infection rates were significantly lower than before the nursing management(P<0.05,P<0.01);patient satisfaction(98%),doctors satisfaction(98%),the overall quality of life(132.45+9.32)were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05);Conclusion Seamless nursing management can reduce the incidence of risk events,improve patient satisfaction,and improve patient’Squality of life.
