醒脑静辅助用药对脑出血伴意识障碍患者神经功能改善的影响分析

摘要 目的:探究醒脑静辅助用药方案对脑出血伴意识障碍患者神经功能改善的影响。方法研究对象选取为2013年1月-2014年7月之间我院收治的58例脑出血伴意识障碍患者,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,对照组29例采用低温、脑保护剂、降低颅内压、管理血压、防治并发症等常规治疗,观察组29例患者则在对照组治疗基础上加用醒脑静治疗,对比两组疗效及神经功能改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率89.6%,显著高于对照组的62.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前、治疗后神经功能缺损评分分别为24.1±6.1、9.4±5.2,而对照组分别为24.0±5.9、17.1±5.5,观察组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以辅助用药的形式应用醒脑静治疗脑出血伴意识障碍能够有效提高疗效,改善患者的神经功能缺损情况。 Objective To explore the effect of Xingnaojing adjuvant regimen on the improvement of neurological function of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The research object is January 2013-2014 July in our hospital 58 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,according to the different treatment groups,control group of 29 patients with edaravone treatment,the observation group and 29 patients in the control group were treated with Xingnaojing treatment, compared two groups of curative effect and the improvement of neurological function.Results The patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 89.6%,significantly higher than the control group 62.0%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);observation group before treatment, after treatment, the neurological deficit scores were 24.1± 6.1, 9.4± 5.2, while the control group were 24 ± 5.9,17.1 ± 5.5, the observation group improved more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the form of application of Xingnaojing in treating cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the assistant drug efficacy,improvement of neurological function defect of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
