摘要
高阶HDI板在消费类电子产品中的应用越来越广泛,其印制电路共性关键技术主要集中在激光钻孔、盲孔金属化及填充、精准层间对位和精细线路制作等几个方面.文章将就以上几个加工难点技术进行讲解,并提出解决对策及注意事项,供业界技术工作者参考.
The application of high steps HDI board in consumer electronic products is more and more popular.The printed circuit common key technologies are mainly concentrated in the laser drilling,blind micro hole metal and filling copper plating,registration accuracy and fine line production et.This article will explain the above processing technologies and put forward countermeasures and precautions for the industry reference.
