摘要
桂枝加厚朴杏子汤出自张仲景《伤寒论》, 为历代治疗喘证之要方, 适合体虚外感而兼有咳喘症之病人使用.而肺癌患者, 由于其长期放化疗导致正气亏虚, 恶性肿瘤本身导致的恶病质, 均可导致抵抗力下降, 易因感冒、并发感染引起发热.笔者应用桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗肺癌发热取得良好的临床效果, 其对肺癌患者的发热、咳、痰、喘等症状都有很好的改善作用.
Guizhihoupuxingzi decoction are the important Prescriptionsfor treating asthma in past dynasties.And clinical found lung cancer patients,due to its long-term radiation and chemo-therapy lead to deficiency of vital qi,cachexia caused by malignant tumor itself,all can lead to resistance to drop,easy to catch a cold and concurrent infection causes fever,clinical found cassia twig and apricot decoction fever has good clinical effect in treating lung cancer,for lung cancer patients symptoms such as fever,cough,phlegm,asthma hasvery good improvement effect.
