摘要
目的 探讨以床头IPAD为载体的可视化健康教育管理对产科住院病人满意度的影响.方法 采用随机对照研究设计,将纳入的产科住院病人用随机数字表法分组,对照组44例,应用常规健康教育模式;观察组44例,应用以床头IPAD为载体的可视化健康教育管理.收集2组生活质量和满意度资料,并对2组差异进行统计学分析.结果 观察组生活质量评分(70.47±6.43)和满意度评分(26.67±2.45)分均高于对照组[生活质量评分(45.47±6.36),满意度评分(20.67±3.04)],差异具有统计学意义(t分别=18.34、10.19,P均<0.01).结论 以床头IPAD为载体的可视化健康教育管理可改善生活质量,提高产科住院病人满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of visual health education management based on bedside IPAD on the satisfaction degree of obstetric inpatients.Methods A randomized controlled study design was used to divide the inpatients into groups with digital random table.In the control group,44 cases were given routine health education.In the observation group,44 cases were treated with visual health education management based on bedside IPAD.The quality of life and satisfaction degree data of the two groups were collected,and the differences between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The quality of life score(70.47±6.43)and satisfaction degree score(26.67±2.45)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(45.47±6.36,20.67±3.04),the difference was statistically significant(t=18.34,10.19,P<0.01).Conclusion Visual health education management based on bedside IPAD can improve the quality of life and improve the satisfaction degree of obstetric inpatients.
