摘要
目的 探讨SBAR交接流程在胸痛中心急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的应用效果.方法 自2017年7月开始将SBAR交接流程应用于胸痛中心急诊PCI术交接流程中,主要用于急诊与导管室之间的患者交接,对医护人员培训,即'现状-背景-评估-建议'的SBAR交接流程,改善了护理人员交接质量.结果 SBAR交接流程的应用有效降低了交班问题发生,降低了交班时间;D2B时间明显缩短;与实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实施SBAR交接流程,使ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者行急诊PCI术交接顺畅,提高交班效率,有效降低救治时间,降低术中不良事件发生率,提高患者安全性,改善医疗、护理质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR in the transition process of emergency PCI in chest pain center. Methods SBAR handover process began to be used in emergency PCI handover process of chest pain center in July 2017. It was mainly used for patient handover between emergency department and catheter room. Through the training of medical staff, namely 'status-background-Assessment-suggestion'SBAR handover process, the quality of handover of nursing staff was improved. Results Of the SBAR shift were reduced,and the shift time was shortened. D2B time was significantly shortened. The differences between the two were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The SBAR transfer process is implemented to ensure the smooth transition of emergency PCI in patients with st-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI), improves the efficiency of delivery,effectively shortens the treatment time,reduces the occurrence of adverse events in the operation,ensures the patient's safety,and improves the quality of medical care and nursing care.
