摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理对脑卒中肢体瘫痪患者下肢静脉血栓的预防作用。方法选择2017年3月—2019年3月收治的脑卒中肢体瘫痪患者88例,将患者根据随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,每组44例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组常规护理基础上,给予早期康复护理。对比两组护理满意度、入院及出院时血浆D-二聚体水平、住院时间及下肢静脉血栓发生率统计。结果干预组对护理满意37例,比较满意7例,护理满意度100.00%;对照组对护理满意28例,比较满意10例,不满意6例,护理满意度为86.36%。干预组护理满意度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时两组血浆D-二聚体水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时两组血浆D-二聚体水平均较入院时降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时干预组血浆D-二聚体水平低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组住院时间为(11.97±3.46)d,发生下肢静脉血栓1例(2.27%);对照组住院时间为(18.24±3.37)d,发生下肢静脉血栓7例(15.91%)。干预组住院时间短于对照组,下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可有效预防脑卒中肢体瘫痪患者下肢静脉血栓的发生。
Objective To explore the prevention of early rehabilitation nursing to lower extremity venous thrombosis of patients with paralysis after stroke.Methods Choose 88 patients with paralysis after stroke from March 2017 to March 2019,and the 88 patients were divided into prevention group and control group,each group had 44 patients.The control group was given routine nursing,and prevention group added early rehabilitation nursing.Compared the nursing satisfaction,plasma D-dimer,duration of hospitalization and the rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis of the two group.Results The nursing satisfaction of the prevention group was higher than that of thc ontrol group(100%VS.86.36%,P<0.05).When the patients were out of the hospital,the level of plasma D-dimer of two group were lower(P<0.05),and the level of plasma D-dimer of prevention group was lower than that of thc ontrol group(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalizationh of prevention group was less than that of thc ontrol group[(11.97±3.46)d vs.(18.24±3.37)d,P<0.05].The rate of lower extremity venous thrombosis of prevention group was lower than that of thc ontrol group(2.27%vs.15.91%,P<0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing can effectively prevent the happening of the lower extremity venous thrombosis.
