摘要
目的分析针刺激痛点治疗小儿脑瘫足内翻价值.方法选该院2017年1—12月收治的40例小儿脑瘫足内翻患儿,随机分两组各20例,对照组常规康复治疗,实验组联合针刺激痛点治疗,比较临床疗效.结果实验组治疗后足内翻角度、人体自适应值、小腿肌群肌张力、总有效率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用针刺激痛点结合常规康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫足内翻症状,可有效提高患儿治疗效果,改善各项评分,有效治疗小儿脑瘫足内翻.
Objective To analyze the value of acupuncture pain point in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children.Methods From January to December 40 patients with cerebral palsy and varus in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,20 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment.The experimental group combined with needle stimulation pain point treatment to compare the clinical efficacy.Results The angle of varus,the adaptive value of the human body,the muscle tension of the calf muscle group and the total effective rate were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of needle stimulation pain point combined with routine rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy and foot varus symptoms can effectively improve the treatment effect of children,improve the scores,and effectively treat cerebral palsy in children.
