摘要
目的观察将早期康复护理用于脑出血老年患者对其日常生活能力的影响.方法研究选取2018年7月—2019年5月该院收治112例脑出血老年患者,将其用双盲法分为两组,对照组56例接受常规护理、在此护理上观察组56例接受早期康复护理,随访2月观察两组日常生活能力.结果研究显示,护理前两组Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)护理后,观察组患者Barthel指数优于对照组,快速康复外科护理在混合痔患者围手术期的应用.结论早期对老年脑出血患者进行有效护理干预,可提高患者预后结果,改善其生活能力,值得推广.
Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the ability of daily life of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From July 2018 to may 2019,112 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind method.56 cases in the control group received routine nursing,56 cases in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing,followed up for 2 months to observe the ability of daily life of the two groups.Results The results showed that the Barthel index of the two groups before and after nursing,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The Barthel index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early effective nursing intervention for the elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve the prognosis of the patients,improve their living ability,which is worth popularizing.
