摘要
目的 研究针刺+认知康复训练运用于卒中后认知功能障碍中的价值及对其血清细胞因子的影响.方法 选择该院2019年2月—2020年1月纳入的96例卒中后认知功能障碍患者,遵照随机双盲法分成两组各48例,研究组给予针刺+认知康复训练,对照组给予常规认知康复训练,对比两组总有效率;干预前后hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)、Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)、CPI(胱抑素C)水平;干预前后简易精神状态调查表(MMSE)以及日常生活活动能力评分表(ADL)得分.结果 研究组总有效率91.67%明显高出对照组79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前两组的hs-CRP、Hcy、CPI水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组的各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前两组患者MMSE得分以及ADL得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组MMSE得分以及ADL得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针刺+认知康复训练运用于卒中后认知功能障碍中效果显著,促进其血清细胞因子恢复,改善患者精神状态,快速稳定病情,为预后提供保障,同时患者生活能力也得到有效提升.
Objective To study the value of acupuncture plus cognitive rehabilitation training in cognitive dysfunction after stroke and its effect on serum cytokines.Methods 96 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who were enrolled in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random double-blind method,48 in each group.The study group was given acupuncture plus cognitive rehabilitation training,while the control group was given conventional cognitive rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,hs-CRP(high-sensitivity Creactive proteinhypersensitivity),Hcy(homocysteine),CPI(cystatin C)levels as well as mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and activity of daily living(ADL)scores before and after the intervention were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of in the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).Before intervention,the levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and CPI between two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After intervention,related indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,the MMSE and ADL scores between two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After intervention,the MMSE and ADL scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with cognitive rehabilitation training is proven to be effective,which can promote the recovery of serum cytokines,stabilize the illness state,and improve the mental state,treatment prognosis and life quality.
