摘要
目的 探讨中医康复干预对甲状腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择广饶县中医院2018年1月—2020年4月收治的甲状腺癌患者94例为对象,随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.两组患者均进行甲状腺癌手术,对照组术后给予常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医康复干预,评估两组患者干预3个月后的效果.结果 干预后,观察组各项证候积分均低于对照组,各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组康复干预期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医康复干预用于甲状腺癌术后能降低患者证候积分,提高其生活质量,有助于降低康复过程中不良事件的发生率,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer after surgery.Methods 94 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to Guangrao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent thyroid cancer surgery,the control group was given conventional intervention after surgery,and the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated after 3 months of rehabilitation intervention.Results After the intervention in the observation group,the scores of various syndromes were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of various quality of life were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse events during rehabilitation intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation intervention for thyroid cancer surgery can reduce the syndrome score of patients,improve their quality of life,and help reduce the incidence of adverse events during the rehabilitation process.It is worthy of popularization and application.
