摘要
目的研究加速康复护理在难治性输尿管结石患者围手术期的应用效果。方法收集2018年5月—2019年9月期间收治的难治性输尿管结石手术患者90例,将其分为常规组与实验组。常规组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用加速康复护理。对比两组患者的护理满意度、手术并发症与导管留置、住院状况。结果实验组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者导管留置使用时间与住院时间较常规组更短,术后恢复速度更快,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性输尿管结石患者围手术期应用加速康复护理能提升预后康复速度,减少并发症,提升治疗效果,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with refractory ureteral calculi.Methods 90 patients with refractory ureteral calculi surgery who were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into a routine group and an experimental group.Patients in the routine group were treated with routine care,and patients in the experimental group were treated with accelerated rehabilitation care.The nursing satisfaction,surgical complications,catheter indwelling and hospitalization status of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the catheter indwelling time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the postoperative recovery speed was faster,the differences between the gracps were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period of patients with refractory ureteral calculi can improve the prognosis and recovery speed,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the treatment effect.It has promotion value.
