摘要
目的研究脑卒中患者采用吞咽体操训练联合冰刺激对其吞咽功能的改善效果。方法选择该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的80例脑卒中伴吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,分为常规组和实验组,每组40例。常规组采用常规康复训练,实验组在此基础上采用吞咽体操联合冰刺激训练。对比两组患者的干预效果。结果实验组患者的总有效率(92.50%)显著高于常规组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者吸入性肺炎发生率(2.50%)显著低于常规组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的吞咽功能评分及营养指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组患者的各项营养指标高于常规组,吞咽功能评分低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吞咽体操联合冰刺激训练改善脑卒中患者吞咽功能的效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of swallowing gymnastics combined with ice stimulation training on the improvement of swallowing function in stroke patients.Methods 80 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group used conventional rehabilitation training,and the experimental group used swallowing gymnastics combined with ice stimulation training on this basis.The intervention effects of patients in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the experimental group(2.50%)was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the swallowing function scores and nutritional indicators of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after the intervention,the nutritional indicators of the experimental group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the swallowing function score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The swallowing gymnastics combined with ice stimulation training has a significant effect on improving the swallowing function of stroke patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
