摘要
目的探究以悬吊运动系统为基础的骨盆稳定性锻炼对痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2020年4月该院收治的96例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿进行研究。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。两组均给予常规综合康复训练,观察组同时给予以悬吊运动系统为基础的骨盆稳定性锻炼。对两组治疗前后的步行能力、痉挛等级量表(MAS)、Peabody量表、粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-C)评分进行比较。结果治疗前,两组的10 m MWS、步长及步频比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项步行能力指标均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的MAS、Peabody、GMFM-C评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的MAS评分低于对照组,Peabody、GMFM-C评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以悬吊运动系统为基础的骨盆稳定性锻炼能够改善痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿的上、下肢功能,改善其精细和粗大运动功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic stability exercises based on suspension movement system on the rehabilitation of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 96 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to April 2020 were selected for research.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the observation group was also given pelvic stability exercises based on suspension movement system.The walking ability,spasticity rating scale(MAS),Peabody scale,and gross motor function test scale(GMFM-C)scores were compared between the groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in 10 m MWS,step length and step frequency between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the walking ability indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the MAS,Peabody,and GMFM-C scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05);after treatment,the MAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Peabody and GMFM-C scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic stability exercises based on the suspension movement system can improve the upper and lower limb function of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and improve their fine and gross motor functions.
