摘要
目的 探讨基于耳穴压豆与熏洗方坐浴的中医护理方案在混合痔术后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年9月—2020年10月我院收治的86例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于耳穴压豆与熏洗方坐浴的中医护理方案,持续观察至患者出院。对比两组的术后疼痛、肛缘肿胀程度、恢复情况、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天,观察组的VAS评分为(1.62±0.34)分,低于对照组的(2.47±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后第3天的肛缘肿胀程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的分泌物消失时间、切口愈合时间、肛门坠胀消失时间及住院时间分别为(5.10±0.94)d、(15.17±2.62)d、(4.66±0.71)d、(5.67±0.69)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后的并发症发生率为4.65%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度97.67%高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于耳穴压豆与熏洗方坐浴的中医护理方案应用于混合痔术后疼痛患者中,可有效减轻疼痛与肛缘肿胀程度,减少并发症的发生,加快术后恢复,从而提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program based on ear point pressing and fumigating and washing prescriptions sitting bath in patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing program based on ear acupoint pressing and fumigation and washing prescriptions sitting bath on the basis of the control group.The observation continued in both groups until discharge.The postoperative pain,anal rim swelling,recovery,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);on the third day after surgery,the VAS score of the observation group was(1.62±0.34)points,lower than(2.47±0.55)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of anal border swelling in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group on the third day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the disappearance time of secretions,the healing time of incision,the disappearance time of anal distension and the length of hospital stay were(5.10±0.94)d,(15.17±2.62)d,(4.66±0.71)d and(5.67±0.69)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.65%,lower than 18.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.67%,higher than 81.40%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing program based on ear point pressing and fumigating and washing prescriptions sitting bath is applied to patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,which can effectively reduce pain and anal border swelling,reduce the occurrence of complications,speed up postoperative recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
