摘要
目的分析加速康复外科理念在肠道肿瘤患者围术期的应用效果.方法选取2018年11月-2020年11月于该院接受手术治疗的肠道肿瘤患者86例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组43例.对照组采用常规围术期护理,在此基础上,研究组采用加速康复外科理念指导下的围术期护理,对比两组的护理效果.结果护理后,研究组患者的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组术后的并发症发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的18.60%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论加速康复护理在肠道肿瘤患者围术期的应用效果理想,不仅能帮助患者快速恢复肠道功能,缩短住院时间,还能减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,值得在临床进一步推广和使用.
Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of patients with intestinal tumors.Methods 86 patients with intestinal tumors who underwent surgical treatment in this hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group used routine perioperative nursing.On this basis,the research group used perioperative nursing guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 18.60%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 74.42%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in perioperative application of patients with intestinal tumors is ideal.It can not only help patients quickly restore intestinal function,shorten the length of hospitalization,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
