摘要
目的研究生物信息反馈红外治疗仪联合全身振动训练在缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年12月—2021年9月我院收治的78例缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组39例.对照组采用全身振动训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用生物信息反馈红外治疗仪治疗,均治疗3个月.比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分.结果治疗前,两组NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组FMA、BI评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FMA、BI评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在缺血性脑卒中后偏瘫患者中采用生物信息反馈红外治疗仪联合全身振动训练的效果确切,能够改善患者神经及运动功能,提高其日常生活能力.
Objective To study the application effect of bioinformatic feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with whole body vibration training in patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 78 patients with post-ischemic hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from December 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with whole body vibration training,and the observation group was treated with a bio-information feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group,both of which were treated for 3 months.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,motor function assessment scale(FMA)score,and Barthel index(BI)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FMA and BI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA and BI scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with post-ischemic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke,the use of bio-information feedback infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with whole-body vibration training has a definite effect,which can improve the patients’neurological and motor functions,and improve their daily living ability.
