摘要
目的探讨基于术后加速康复(ERAS)的超前精细化训练在人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)后患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年8月—2020年8月于该院行TKA的患者88例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例.对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组采取基于术后ERAS的超前精细化训练,两组均持续观察至术后3个月.对比两组膝关节功能、膝关节活动度、并发症发生率及住院时间.结果观察组训练后美国特种外科医院膝关节功能评分法评分高于对照组,膝关节活动度大于对照组,并发症发生率4.55%低于对照组的18.18%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于术后ERAS的超前精细化训练能够促进TKA后患者膝关节功能恢复,增加膝关节活动度,降低并发症发生率,改善预后.
Objective To investigate the application effect of advanced and refined training based on enhanced postoperative recovery(ERAS)in patients after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent TKA in this hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received advanced refined training based on postoperative ERAS.Both groups continued to observe until 3months after operation.The knee function,range of motion,complication rate and hospital stay length were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the American Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Function Score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the range of motion of the knee joint was greater than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was 4.55%,lower than 18.18%of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Advanced and refined training based on postoperative ERAS can promote the recovery of knee joint function,increase the range of motion of the knee joint,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis of patients after TKA.
