摘要
目的探讨医院-社区-家庭一体化康复模式应用于老年衰弱综合征患者的临床效果.方法选取2020年7月—2022年3月江苏省人民医院收治的老年衰弱综合征患者104例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52).对照组采用常规基础康复模式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合医院-社区-家庭一体化康复模式治疗.对比两组患者的衰弱情况、生活质量和炎性指标.结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者Fried衰弱评估量表评分低于对照组,健康调查简表各维度评分均高于对照组,白细胞介素-6和C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗3个月后,两组降钙素原水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论医院-社区-家庭一体化康复模式应用于老年衰弱综合征患者可显著提高患者的生活质量,改善IL-6和CRP水平,有助于身体康复.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of hospital-community-family integrated rehabilitation model in elderly patients with frailty syndrome.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with frailty syndrome treated in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from July 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided a control group(n=52)and an observation group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional basic rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group was treated with hospital-community-family integrated rehabilitation model on the basis of the control group.The frailty situation,quality of life and inflammatory indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the score of Fried frailty scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of all dimensions of the MOS item short from health survey were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in procalcitonin level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital-community-family integrated rehabilitation model in elderly patients with frailty syndrome can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve the IL-6 and CRP levels,and contribute to the physical rehabilitation.
