摘要
目的探究心脉通胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的效果.方法选择本院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的96例老年高血压患者为研究对象,按随机原则分为对照组(n=48)与观察组(n=48).对照组采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组在此基础上采用心脉通胶囊治疗,均持续用药12周.比较两组的近期疗效及不良反应发生率,并对比治疗前后的血压水平及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平.结果观察组的近期治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗12周后,两组的收缩压及舒张压水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的血压水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗12周后,两组的血清IL-6、CRP及TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组的各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的不良反应总发生率为6.25%,虽低于对照组的12.50%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论老年高血压患者采用心脉通胶囊联合左旋氨氯地平治疗的效果确切,可更好地控制血压,改善血清炎症因子水平,且不良反应少,值得推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of Xinmaitong Capsule combined with levoamlodipine in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=48)and an observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with levoamlodipine,and the observation group was treated with Xinmaitong Capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The short-term efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The levels of blood pressure,inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6(IL-6),Creactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 77.08%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin both groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of various inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 12.50%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinmaitong Capsule combined with levoamlodipine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has a definite effect,can better control blood pressure,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,and less adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
