摘要
目的分析渴络欣胶囊治疗2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果.方法选取本院2021年9月—2022年4月收治的112例2型DN患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组56例.对照组采用替米沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上采用渴络欣胶囊治疗,两组均治疗10周.比较两组患者的临床疗效及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24 h蛋白尿、尿β微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的80.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的TG、TC、FPG、HbA1c水平分别为(1.33±0.25)mmol/L、(3.05±0.47)mmol/L、(7.60±0.33)mmol/L、(6.50±0.31)%,均低于对照组的(1.68±0.32)mmol/L、(3.88±0.53)mmol/L、(8.21±0.42)mmol/L、(7.42±0.33)%,HDL-C水平为(1.73±0.48)mmol/L,高于对照组的(1.33±0.42)mmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的24 h蛋白尿、β2-MG、SCr、BUN水平分别为(0.99±0.58)g、(0.18±0.04)mg/L、(70.52±8.12)μmol/L、(5.85±0.86)mmol/L,均低于对照组的(1.36±0.52)g、(0.26±0.05)mg/L、(76.49±7.16)μmol/L、(6.24±1.01)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论渴络欣胶囊有利于控制2型DN患者的血糖水平,增强治疗效果,并保护其肾功能,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effect of Keluoxin Capsule on type 2 diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 112 patients with type 2 DN admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with telmisartan,and the observation group was treated with Keluoxin Capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated for 10 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),24 h albuminuria,urinaryβ-microglobulin(β2-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,higher than 80.37%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC,FPG and HbA1c in the observation group were(1.33±0.25)mmol/L,(3.05±0.47)mmol/L,(7.60±0.33)mmol/L,(6.50±0.31)%,respectively,lower than(1.68±0.32)mmol/L,(3.88±0.53)mmol/L,(8.21±0.42)mmol/L,(7.42±0.33)%of control group,while the HDL-C level was(1.73±0.48)mmol/L,which was higher than(1.33±0.42)mmol/L of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h albuminuria,β2-MG,SCr and BUN in the observation group were(0.99±0.58)g,(0.18±0.04)mg/L,(70.52±8.12)μmol/L,(5.85±0.86)mmol/L,respectively,which were lower than(1.36±0.52)g,(0.26±0.05)mg/L,(76.49±7.16)μmol/L,(6.24±1.01)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Keluoxin Capsule is beneficial to control the blood glucose level in patients with type 2 DN,enhance the therapeutic effect,and protect renal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
