摘要
目的探讨手外伤专科康复团队在中青年手外伤显微修复术后康复中的应用效果.方法选取本院2020年3月—2022年4月收治的中青年手外伤患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组.患者均行显微镜修复术,术后,对照组(n=45)采用常规康复干预,观察组(n=45)在此基础上采用手外伤专科康复团队干预,两组均干预3个月.比较两组的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、手关节总主动活动度(TAM)及手感觉功能.结果干预后,观察组的VAS评分为(2.06±1.03)分,低于对照组的(3.66±1.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的TAM优良率及手感觉S5占比分别为88.89%、37.78%,均高于对照组的64.44%、11.11%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论由手外伤专科康复团队为中青年手外伤显微镜修复术后患者提供规范的康复干预,可有效缓解其疼痛程度,促进手部运动及感觉功能恢复,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the application effect of hand trauma specialist rehabilitation team in the rehabilitation of young and middle-aged hand trauma patients after microscopic repair.Methods 90 young and middle-aged hand trauma patients admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method.All patients underwent microscopic repair.After surgery,the control group(n=45)was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,on this basis,the observation group(n=45)was treated with hand trauma specialist rehabilitation team.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,total active motion(TAM)and hand sensory function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.06±1.03)points,lower than(3.66±1.32)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the excellent and good rate of TAM and the proportions of S5 in hand sensation in the observation group were 88.89%and 37.78%,respectively,higher than 64.44%and 11.11%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standard rehabilitation intervention provided by the hand trauma specialist rehabilitation team for the young and middle-aged hand trauma patients after the microscopic repair can effectively relieve the degree of pain,promote the recovery of hand movement and sensory function,and is worthy of clinical application.
