摘要
目的探究中药熏蒸联合穴位贴敷对尺桡骨骨折患者血液流变学及患肢肿胀、疼痛的影响.方法选择临沂市中医医院2020年3月—2022年4月收治的86例尺桡骨骨折患者为观察对象,依据随机数表法分成两组,各43例.对照组采用中药熏蒸治疗,研究组采用中药熏蒸联合穴位贴敷治疗,均持续治疗4周.对比两组治疗前后血液流变学、患肢肿胀及疼痛程度,观察两组临床疗效.结果治疗后,两组红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度均低于治疗前,且研究组均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患肢肿胀值均小于治疗前,疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分均低于治疗前,且研究组患肢肿胀值(1.11±0.19)cm小于对照组的(1.70±0.28)cm、疼痛NRS评分(1.07±0.16)分低于对照组的(1.69±0.30)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组的治疗总有效率93.02%较对照组的76.74%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中药熏蒸联合穴位贴敷能更好地调节尺桡骨骨折患者血液流变学,改善血液循环,减轻肿胀、疼痛等症状,疗效确切.
Objective To explore the effects of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint application on hemorheology,swelling and pain of the affected linb in patients with ulnar and radius fracture.Methods A total of 86 patients with ulnar and radius fracture admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation,and the study group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint application,both of which lasted for 4 weeks.The hemorheology,degree of swelling and pain of the affected limb of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the red cell aggregation index,plasma viscosity,low cut whole blood viscosity and high cut whole blood viscosity in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,swelling values of the affected limbs in both groups were smaller than before treatment,pain numerical rating scale(NRS)scores were lower than before treatment,and the swelling value of the affected limb in the study group was(1.11±0.19)cm,which was smaller than(1.70±0.28)cm of the control group,and the pain NRS score was(1.07±0.16)points,which was lower than(1.69±0.30)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02%,higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation combined with acupoint application can better regulate the hemorheology of patients with ulna and radius fracture,improve blood circulation,reduce swelling,pain and other symptoms,with definite efficacy.
