摘要
目的探究清胆行气汤对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者胃泌素及胃肠功能的影响.方法选取2019年6月—2022年1月于本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的90例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组45例.对照组采用常规术后治疗,观察组在此基础上采用清胆行气汤治疗.比较两组患者的胃肠激素水平及胃肠功能恢复时间.结果治疗前,两组的胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)及胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的GAS、CCK水平分别为(46.35±4.10)pg/mL、(7.98±0.97)pg/mL,均低于对照组的(54.96±4.72)pg/mL、(10.57±1.34)pg/mL,MTL水平为(159.84±17.22)ng/L,高于对照组的(149.93±16.26)ng/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间分别为(14.61±2.25)h、(28.35±3.12)h、(44.57±5.94)h,均短于对照组的(17.35±2.88)h、(34.84±3.95)h、(48.67±6.12)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者在常规治疗基础上服用清胆行气汤,可调节胃肠激素,加快胃肠功能恢复,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of Qingdan Xingqi Decoction on gastrin and gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital from June 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional postoperative treatment,and the observation group received Qingdan Xingqi Decoction on this basis.The gastrointestinal hormone levels and the recovery time of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)and cholecystokinin(CCK)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the GAS and CCK levels in the observation group were(46.35±4.10)pg/mL and(7.98±0.97)pg/mL,respectively,which were lower than(54.96±4.72)pg/mL and(10.57±1.34)pg/mL in the control group,while the MTL level was(159.84±17.22)ng/L,higher than(149.93±16.26)ng/L of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound,exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were(14.61±2.25)h,(28.35±3.12)h and(44.57±5.94)h,respectively,which were shorter than(17.35±2.88)h,(34.84±3.95)h and(48.67±6.12)h in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic cholecystectomy,taking Qingdan Xingqi decoction on the basis of conventional treatment can regulate gastrointestinal hormones and accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,which is worthy of clinical application.
