摘要
目的探讨运动康复疗法配合二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平、胰岛功能的影响.方法选择2020年9月—2023年2月我院收治的106例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例.对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上进行运动康复治疗,治疗时间均为2个月.比较两组胰岛功能、血糖水平及临床疗效.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.23%,高于对照组的83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的β细胞功能指数高于对照组,胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论运动康复疗法配合二甲双胍对治疗2型糖尿病的效果显著,患者的血糖水平及胰岛功能得到明显改善.
Objective To explore the effects of exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with metformin on blood glucose level and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 106 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the treatment time was 2 months.The islet function index,blood glucose level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.23%,which was higher than 83.02%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);theβcell function index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the insulin resistance index was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with metformin has a significant effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the blood glucose level and islet function indexes of patients are significantly improved.
