摘要
目的探讨Vitapex糊剂配合根管治疗在慢性根尖周炎患者中的应用效果.方法选取2022年3月—2023年3月我院收治的70例慢性根尖周炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例.对照组用传统根管填充糊剂配合根管治疗,观察组用Vitapex糊剂配合根管治疗,持续观察随访3个月.对比两组治疗效果﹑疼痛程度﹑炎症反应﹑牙周相关指标.结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.29±0.27)分,白细胞介素-1β水平为(3.45±0.42)pg/mL,白细胞介素-6水平为(2.47±0.34)ng/L,肿瘤坏死因子-α水平为(5.21±1.01)mg/mL,C反应蛋白水平为(1.88±0.23)mg/mL,菌斑指数为(0.87±0.13)分,龈沟探诊深度为(1.62±0.23)mm,牙龈指数为(1.02±0.12),龈沟出血指数为(0.78±0.11),均低于对照组的(1.64±0.30)分﹑(3.45±0.42)pg/mL﹑(3.14±0.45)ng/L﹑(6.90±1.24)mg/mL﹑(2.46±0.34)mg/mL﹑(1.23±0.20)分﹑(1.89±0.25)mm﹑(1.39±0.18)分﹑(1.03±0.12)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论Vitapex糊剂配合根管治疗在慢性根尖周炎患者中的应用效果显著,减轻炎症反应与疼痛程度,并促进牙周健康恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of Vitapex paste combined with root canal therapy in patients with chronic periapical inflammation.Methods 70 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional root canal filling paste,and the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste.The observation and follow-up were continued for 3 months.The therapeutic effect,pain degree,inflammatory response and periodontal related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 77.14%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analogue Score was(1.29±0.27)points,the level of interleukin-1β was(3.45±0.42)pg/mL,the level of interleukin-6 was(2.47±0.34)ng/L,the level of tumor necrosis factor-α was(5.21±1.01)mg/mL,the level of C-reactive protein was(1.88±0.23)mg/mL and the plaque index was(0.87±0.13)points,gingival crevicular probing depth was(1.62±0.23)mm,gingival index was(1.02±0.12)points,gingival crevicular bleeding index was(0.78±0.11)points,they were lower than(1.64±0.30)min,(3.45±0.42)pg/mL,(3.14±0.45)ng/L,(6.90±1.24)mg/mL,(2.46±0.34)mg/mL,(1.23±0.20)min,(1.89±0.25)mm,(1.39±0.18)points,(1.03±0.12)points in the control group,there were statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste combined with root canal therapy has a significant application effect in patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,which can reduce inflammatory reaction and pain,and promote the recovery of periodontal health.
