摘要
目的探讨赋能理论指导下改良护理方案结合人文关怀护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2020年9月我院收治的200例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行赋能理论指导下改良护理方案结合人文关怀护理。对比两组产妇的自我效能感、心理状态、应激反应、产后康复情况。结果护理后,观察组的一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24 h,观察组的呼吸频率、心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后72 h,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能理论指导下改良护理方案结合人文关怀护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果显著,能改善产妇自我效能感与心理状态,减轻应激反应,加快产后康复进程。
Objective To explore the application effect of improved nursing plans combined with humanistic care nursing under the guidance of empowerment theory in cesarean section women.Methods Selecting 200 cesarean section parturients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2020 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received improved nursing plans combined with humanistic care nursing under the guidance of empowerment theory.Compare the self-efficacy,psychological state,stress response,and postpartum recovery between two groups.Results After nursing care,The General Self Efficacy Scale Score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after 24 hours of surgery,the respiratory rate,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score at 72 hours after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of empowerment theory,the application of improved nursing plans combined with humanistic care nursing in cesarean section women has a significant effect.It can improve the self-efficacy and psychological state of cesarean section women,reduce stress reactions,and accelerate the postpartum recovery process.
