摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死对患者血液流变学指标、神经功能的影响.方法选择2019年5月—2023年7月济宁医学院附属金乡县人民医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组40例.对照组采用依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上采用丁苯酞注射液治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能及血液流变学指标.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(8.95±1.34)分,低于对照组的(14.03±1.57)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的血浆粘度、全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血细胞比容水平分别为(1.86±0.21)mPa/s、(14.78±3.55)mPa/s、(3.98±0.50)mPa/s、(39.62±2.23)%,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果显著,可有效改善患者神经功能,调节其血液流变学指标.
Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalein injection combined with edaravone injection on hemorheology indexes and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jining Medical College Affiliated Jinxiang Hospital from May 2019 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalein injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy,neurological function and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was(8.95±1.34)points,which was lower than(14.03±1.57)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,low shear rate blood viscosity,high shear rate blood viscosity and hematocrit levels in the observation group were(1.86±0.21)mPa/s,(14.78±3.55)mPa/s,(3.98±0.50)mPa/s and(39.62±2.23)%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of butylphthalein injection combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,which can effectively improve the neurological function and regulate the hemorheology indexes of patients.
