摘要
目的探究基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的围手术期全程护理对四肢创伤性骨折患者的实际应用价值.方法选取该院2023年1月—2023年9月创伤骨科收治的64例四肢创伤性骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组.对照组(n=32)采用常规护理,观察组(n=32)采用基于FTS的全程护理.比较两组患者的实际护理效果.结果观察组术后的拔管时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后不同时间点的疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,护理后自我护理能力测定量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的压疮发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的15.62%%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对四肢创伤性骨折患者实施基于FTS理念的围手术期全程护理,效果显著,值得推荐.
Objective To explore the practical application value of perioperative nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)for patients with traumatic fractures of limbs.Methods 64 patients with traumatic fractures of limbs admitted to the traumatic orthopedics department of the hospital from January 2023 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.The control group(n=32)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=32)received FTS based nursing.The actual nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of extubation,getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain Visual Analogue Score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at different time points after surgery,and the score of the Exercise of Self-Care Ability scale after nursing was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 3.13%,lower than 15.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole perioperative nursing based on FTS concept for patients with traumatic fracture of limbs has remarkable effect and is worth recommending.
