摘要
目的探讨小儿语言发育迟缓采用重复经颅磁刺激联合口肌训练的临床效果.方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月山东大学附属儿童医院收治的86例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=43).对照组采用口肌训练,研究组采用重复经颅磁刺激联合口肌训练.比较两组语言清晰度及语言发育水平.结果研究组语言清晰度优良率为88.37%,高于对照组的69.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,两组语言发育水平均较干预前提高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论重复经颅磁刺激联合口肌训练应用于小儿语言发育迟缓干预中,能够提高语言清晰度,促进语言发育.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training on children with language development delay.Methods 86 children with language developmental delay who were admitted in Affiliated Children's Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a study group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was received oral muscle training,the study group was received repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training.The language clarity and language development levels of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of language clarity in the research group was 88.37%,which was higher than 69.77%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the language development level of both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with oral muscle training can improve language clarity and promote language development in children with language development delay.
