摘要
为进一步提升乳腺影像学专用PET系统的空间位置分辨率,基于LYSO晶体与位置灵敏光电倍增管耦合,设计了一种专用LYSO-PET探测器模块.探测模块由12×12根1.5 mmx1.5 mmx10 mm LYSO晶体条阵列与PS-PMT耦合组成,通过PXI 8501采集系统,获取入射粒子的2D泛场图像、能量信息及位置信息.该探测模块平均位置分辨率可达0.22 mm(本征)和0.55 mm(^(22)Na探测条件下);平均能量分辨率为22.4%(^(22)Na探测条件下).双探头PET系统FOV中心^(22N)a点源轴向空间分辨率可达1.13 mm.探测器模块已基本满足位置分辨率要求,为实现亚毫米乳腺影像学专用PET系统提供了硬件支持.
Developed a LYSO scintillation detector module based on PS-PMT for Positron emission tomography,to improve the positional resolution.The module consists of a 12×12 array of 1.5 mm×1.5 mm×10 mm(pitch 1.6 mm)LYSO elements.The pulse signal is read by PXI8501 to obtain 2D panfield image,energy and position information.The module has an average position resolution of 0.22 mm(intrinsic)and 0.55 mm(^(22)Na),an average energy resolution of 22.4%with^(22)Na.The dual-detector simplified PET system has a spatial resolution at the center of the FOV of 1.13(axial)with^(22)Na.The detector module can meet the requirements of breast imaging-specific PET,which will have submillimeter positional resolution performance.
