Photoelectric functional crystals have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their unique properties and potential applications in optoelectronics[1],solar energy conversion[2],and photonic devices[1].These materials exhibit a range of fascinating phenomena such as light-induced phase transitions,photoconductivity,and photovoltaic effects,which have inspired researchers to seek novel photoelectric functional crystals with enhanced performance and unprecedented functionalities.The search for such materials is a challenging task for both experimental and theoretical researchers[3].
