摘要
为解决高压损耗计量标准中低功率因数相位差测量问题,研究了一种基于双通道数字采样的精密相位测量装置,该装置主要由数字化仪、自动通道切换装置和基于傅立叶变换的幅值相位测量软件实现相位测量功能,通过分压器和分流器扩展量程范围,装置通过自动切换装置自动校准,可修正采样装置的系统误差,并且可在低功率因数下验证测量误差指标,在50 Hz工频相位测量不确定度优于0.0005°.
To measure the phase angle precisely at high voltage loss calibration,a precision phase angle measurement system was developed based on dual channels digital sampling technology.The system mainly made up of two digitizes,one programmable switches set and one amplitude and phase measurement software to measure phase angle,and expand range through voltage dividers and shunts.The system could be self calibrated automatic,and it can correct system phase measurement errors,so it have excellent measurement performance at different phase angles,and phase measurement error can be verified at low power factor condition,its long term stability is also excellent,and uncertainty is less than 0.0005 degree at 50Hz power frequency.It can fulfill various electron-magnetism measurement applications.
