摘要
高校团学干部是做好共青团思想政治工作的基本力量.本文基于学习产出的教育模式,以笔者所在的安徽大学共青团工作实际为基础,对新时代高校优秀学生团学干部的特质及培养路径提出意见和建议.
College cadres are the basic force for doing a good job in the ideological and political work of the Communist Youth League.Based on the educational model of learning output,this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions on the characteristics and training path of excellent student cadres in colleges and universities in the new era based on the actual work of the Communist Youth League of Anhui University.
