摘要
音乐治疗是心理咨询的重要技术手段,音乐能对人的心理健康产生积极作用逐渐成为人们的普遍认知.本研究为探讨音乐教学对高职学生心理健康的促进作用,尝试在教学中使用不同类型的音乐对某高职院校60名学生进行音乐课程教育实验研究.结果表明,音乐课程教学对高职学生的心理健康有显著的促进作用,且不同的音乐类型对心理健康的不同维度有积极作用.
Music therapy is an important technical means of psychological counseling,and it has gradually become a common understanding that music can have a positive effect on people's mental health.This study aims to explore the promoting effect of music teaching on the mental health of vocational college students,and attempts to use different types of music in teaching to conduct an experimental study on music course education for 60 students in a certain vocational college.The results indicate that music curriculum teaching has a significant promoting effect on the mental health of vocational college students,and different types of music have a positive effect on different dimensions of mental health.
