摘要
目的:探讨基于团队合作的"早临床"教学模式在基础护理学教学中对本科生自主学习能力的影响.方法:采取便利抽样的方法,选取某医学院82名护理本科生作为研究对象,按入科时间分为试验组40人和对照组42人,试验组采取讨基于团队合作"早临床"教学,对照组采取传统教学,比较两组护生考试成绩和自主学习能力得分.结果:试验组护生的理论知识、操作技能、自主学习能力方面得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于团队合作的"早临床"教学应用于基础护理学教学中可以提高本科生的自主学习能力,在护理教学中值得推广.
Objective:To explore the influence of team cooperation based"early clinical"teaching mode on undergraduates'autonomous learning ability in basic nursing teaching.Methods:The method of convenient sampling was adopted.102undergraduate students from a medical college were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 50 in the experimental group and 52 in the control group according to their admission time.The experimental group adopted"early clinical"teaching based on team cooperation,while the control group adopted traditional teaching,and compared the scores of the two groups of nursing students'examination results and autonomous learning ability.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and autonomous learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"early clinical"teaching based on team cooperation in the teaching of basic nursing can improve undergraduates'autonomous learning ability,which is worth promoting in nursing teaching.
