摘要 在第四储粮生态区对不同仓型、不同隔热方式下采用内环流控温的效果进行试验。结果表明,粮堆体积较大的仓房内环流效果优于粮堆体积较小的仓房。在相同粮堆体积情况下,采用聚氨酯板隔热效果好于菱镁板隔热效果。内环流技术的使用,与仓房气密性改造相结合,在保证储粮安全、提质增效等方面具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。 In the fourth grain storage ecological area,the effect of temperature control by inner loop flow was tested under different silo types and different heat insulation methods.The results showed that the effect of recirculation in the warehouse with larger grain pile volume is better than that in the warehouse with smaller grain pile volume.Under the same grain pile volume,the heat insulation effect of polyurethane board is better than that of magnesite board.The application of the inner circulation technology,combined with the air tightness transformation of the warehouse,has good economic and social benefits in ensuring the safety of grain storage,improving quality and efficiency.
