阳离子羟乙基纤维素合成的研究

摘要 阳离子纤维素主要应用在护发产品中,可增加头发的柔顺性.采用3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵阳离子化试剂,对羟乙基纤维素进行阳离子改性,并对改性后的羟乙基纤维素进行红外表征.实验主要目的是在保留其粘度的同时,尽量增加阳离子纤维素的透明性.根据实验结果,选择最佳实验方案为在40℃下,羟乙基纤维素、氢氧化钠、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵与环氧丙烷的质量比为1∶0.12∶0.50∶0.3,反应时间为3 h. Cationic cellulose is widely used in hair-care products,which can increase the softness of hair.In order to prepare cationic cellulose,3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CHPTMA)is used as the cationic etherifying agent.The structure of product is confirmed by IR,and the optimum condition is determined.The optimum temperature is 40℃,and mHEC:mNaOH:mCHPTMA:mPO=1:0.12:0.50:0.4,the reaction time is 3 h.
