摘要
针对本校近年来外科临床带教中暴露出来的主要问题,提出几点教学改革设想:注重素质教育;加强“三基”训练;实行专科带教教师负责制;制定报考硕士研究生的政策;对学生分层管理、分类侧重培养;进一步提高教师的综合素质.经实施以上措施,提高了临床实习教学质量.
In allusion to the main problems exposed in our recent surgery clinical teaching,some suggestions of teaching reform are as follows:Paying attention to students'personality(diathesis)education;Strengthening essential practices;Carrying out the measure of specialty teacher in charge;Changing the policy of undergraduate taking straight study for master education;Stratified management and classified training for students;Further improving teacher's comprehensive quality.Through the above mentioned measures,it will be possible to improve teaching quality of clinical practice and reach the aim at training the high-qualified medical professionals.
